SailPass
The RPYC SailPass is a temporary membership option that enables a participant to sign up a maximum of 15 day passes to temporarily join a club and go sailing. Part of this temporary membership provides personal accident insurance for these temporary members.

Boat & Crew Sign On
Boat & Crew Sign On was introduced in October 2021 via TopYacht for skippers to nominate their intention to sail each week and note who is on board their boat for each race.
It is detailed in the RPYC Sailing Instructions under ‘6. Sign On’:
6.1 All boats shall Sign On with the Race Committee prior to the start of their scheduled race online via the link provided on the associated series on the RPYC webpage.
6.2 It is the Skipper’s responsibility to record themselves and all other persons on board their boat. Boats that fail to Sign On via the TopYacht App shall receive a 30% penalty without a hearing for each breach.

WHAT SAFETY AUDIT DO YOU NEED?
Be sure to have you safety audits completed prior to the start of the 2024/2025 Series. Sailing in Club series is not permitted without the completion of an audit. You can collect paperwork from Boating Operations and schedule an audit through your fleet representative. For assistance, or questions please contact our Boating Administrator.
